MotoPic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an English-language mobile application whose primary function is AI-powered image-to-video generation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the MotoPic app available on Google Play.
By downloading, accessing, or using MotoPic, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Information you provide
Account information (if you create an account): email address or other identifiers you choose to provide.
Content you upload: photos, images (including those containing faces), and any related inputs you submit to generate videos.
Communications: messages you send to us (for example, support requests to mokhtarmokhtar1252025@gmail.com).
Information collected automatically
Device and usage data: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, app version, crash logs, and general usage statistics.
Analytics and attribution data collected through the following third-party SDKs:
Firebase (Google)
Singular
Content Delivery Network (CDN) services used for content delivery and performance
We do not use any third-party AI service providers. All AI image-to-video generation is performed by our own self-hosted models.
We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the core image-to-video generation features of MotoPic.
To process face-containing images only when you upload them and request a generation. Faces are used exclusively to deliver the feature you requested. They are not used for any other purpose, are not used to train or improve our models, and are never sold or shared for commercial purposes.
To process in-app purchases and subscriptions (if you choose to make them).
To analyze app performance, diagnose technical issues, measure attribution, and improve the user experience via Firebase, Singular, and our CDN.
To respond to your support requests and enforce our terms.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Uploaded images, generated videos, and related processing data are retained for no longer than 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted from our systems.
You may delete your uploaded content and generated results at any time through the in-app controls.
Account-related information is retained only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 6).
MotoPic may offer optional in-app purchases and/or subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not store your full payment card details. Purchase and subscription status information may be used to unlock features and manage your access.
MotoPic is not directed at children and is not recommended for use by minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information should contact us at mokhtarmokhtar1252025@gmail.com.
You may:
Delete individual uploaded images or generated videos through the in-app interface.
Delete your entire account by going to Settings inside the MotoPic app and selecting the account deletion option, or
Request account and data deletion by emailing us at mokhtarmokhtar1252025@gmail.com.
Upon a verified deletion request we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention requirements.

These services may collect certain device and usage data under their own privacy policies. We configure them only for the purposes described above and do not permit them to use your uploaded images or face data for their own training or advertising purposes.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will indicate when changes were made. Continued use of MotoPic after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app or other reasonable means when appropriate.
